That said, ShopStickR works with most label printers that connect via USB or network — the VC-500W is simply what we test and recommend for the best results.
Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. At the end of your trial you'll be prompted to add a payment method. If you don't, your account simply stops. No surprise charges, ever.
Basic is for solo operators — desktop only, 5 saved designs, basic templates. Pro adds the mobile companion app (2 devices), cloud sync, custom job types, 25 saved designs, and higher quality templates — built for a working shop with technicians. Enterprise is for high-volume operations — 5 mobile devices, unlimited designs, premium templates, and priority support.
ShopStickR offers two print options. The free ShopStickr Print Agent for Windows lets you print silently to a Brother VC-500W with one click — no print dialog, no extra steps. For any other label printer, just use Chrome's built-in print dialog to select your printer. Both options produce the same professional label.
On Pro and Enterprise plans, your technicians install the ShopStickR mobile app on their phone. They select a template, fill in the mileage and service info, and tap Send. The label prints on your shop computer automatically — no walking back and forth to the computer between jobs.
Yes — go to Settings → Connected Devices in the desktop app. You'll see all registered mobile devices with a Remove button next to each one. Removing a device immediately blocks it from sending print jobs.
