These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShopStickR, operated by Route 5 Automotive LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ShopStickR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ShopStickR is a web-based label design application for automotive service businesses. It allows users to create, customize, save, and print service reminder and service note labels. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
To use ShopStickR you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
ShopStickR is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate for your selected plan.
Prices are in USD and subject to change with advance notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at servicetagpro@gmail.com within 30 days and we will review your case.
You agree to use ShopStickR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
ShopStickR, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Route 5 Automotive LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business purposes during your active subscription.
Content you create within ShopStickR (your label designs, shop logo, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data using Google Firebase's secure infrastructure. However, we recommend regularly exporting your data using the Save Shop Profile feature as a local backup. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, though we will make reasonable efforts to prevent and recover from such events.
ShopStickR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route 5 Automotive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShopStickR, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination using the Save Shop Profile feature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ShopStickR after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, New York.
