ShopStickR is operated by Route 5 Automotive LLC, located in St. Johnsville, New York. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Route 5 Automotive LLC. You can contact us at servicetagpro@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use ShopStickR:

• Account information — your email address and encrypted password when you create an account
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number
• Shop profile data — your shop name, phone number, address, logo, and QR code that you choose to enter
• Saved label designs — the label templates you create and save within the app
• Usage data — basic information about how you use the app (e.g. pages visited, features used) via Google Analytics, if enabled

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your ShopStickR subscription
• Sync your saved designs and shop profile across devices
• Send transactional emails (account creation, subscription confirmation, billing notices)
• Process payments through Stripe
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the app based on usage patterns

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a secure cloud database service. Your shop profile, saved label designs, and account information are stored in Firebase and protected by Firebase security rules that ensure only you can access your own data.

Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in plain text. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your ShopStickR account.

5. Third-Party Services

ShopStickR uses the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy
• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and cloud functions: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics (if enabled)
• Hostinger — website hosting

6. Cookies

ShopStickR uses minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Firebase Authentication uses local storage to maintain your login session.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your saved label designs (via the Save Shop Profile feature)

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

ShopStickR is intended for use by businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of ShopStickR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
